Today I had a good meeting with the documentary course teacher, Tom Donahue. From his perspective the current cut is ready to fine tune. However, since I have the time he planted a few seeds to further flesh out some of the deeper themes I am presenting. This will require some additional filming and audio work. I am going to percolate a bit and then decide what to do.

I did a short piece of animation today, cleaned up my project files and sorted stuff in the studio. Unfortunately the two rolls of film I am waiting to be digitized from Negative Land did not come today so it looks like next week they will arrive. The outcome of those shots will effect what I decide to do with Judy's Documentary.

I went to Bookshop Santa Cruz today and picked up a signed copy of Art Work by Sally Mann on the Creative Life. Several artists friends have recommend it to me. Looking forward to diving in.
