Better day today.
Last night I found it helpful to breathe and internally chant to calm my anxiety. I focused on the chakra seed sounds, or bija mantras. It really calmed me down so I could fall asleep. I focused my attention on each chakra of my body chanting the corresponding sounds repeatedly for seven breaths, in order from root to crown; Lam (root), Vam (sacral), Ram (solar plexus), Yam (heart), Ham (throat), and Aum (third eye), and Om (crown).
Today I worked with some footage of the Lightning Complex Fire at Big Basin. I might weave it into the Creek project (Tenderfoot II)
I cooked two loaves of pumpkin bread but forgot to put in the pumpkin. Bummer!
And the rain was fantastic.
