Today I turned a corner on the garage and its starting to look a bit emptier.  I have another

dump load ready.  The next phase will require Nicks help with lifting and figuring out what he wants to do with his collection of treasures and what-nots.

I found an old project I was working on about two years ago, making a fabric sculpture using wool, mica, hand dyed paper and thread.  I sandwiched these materials in-between two sheets of dissolvable paper, then used a sewing machine to bind them together.  I found several I had sewn but not yet soaked in water to remove the paper.  So today I did just that and then shaped them to dry.

It's fun to see these old projects and get revved up again about the materials.
