New Surface

I enjoyed my quiet steady and easeful day today.  The majority of time was spent sorting through music, cd’s I found in the garage.  The actual cd’s were separated from their jackets and they were covered in mouse poops.  I cleaned and matched them together, when possible.  I ended up tossing out over fifty jackets because I could not find the cd.  Maybe there is another box in the garage?  Hmm.  Anyway, why save these things?  I don’t know - just not ready to let them go but it was so satisfying to rediscover the music I had been listening to over 25 years ago.

As for art, I painted a new surface on two large book pages.  I really like the colors and textures.  I might go back into it tomorrow and put a drawing on top.  Not sure.

Yoga was calming today also.  We stayed in the poses for longer times and there were several inversions.  Maybe that is why.
