Harumph!

This morning I headed down to the creek with all the gear to shoot my final scene. I plunked the puppet here and there, framed out a few shots and just as I started to take my first picture the computer and phone would not connect. THWARTED!!! Filming by myself is challenging and takes a whole lot of motivation. Having to pack up everything felt very deflating. I couldn't get back on the creative horse and ended up burning the day, wasting time cleaning , watching the news and feeling like crap. My mood is still crunchy. Perhaps a bath will help but just so you know, Its official, I am sick of the color red. Done! The video is a turd and school is stupid.

I think visuals are important in a blog post. Above you will see a sketch of my arrival at the creek and below is my second attempt with creating material for the heart cape. This time placed scrunched up plastic wrap under the hearts to shape them into mounds. I like the effect.
