CEIBA POD SEQUENCE

Today I explored some replacements using the ceiba pods. I was going for a style similar to what is found in Stacy Steer's Edge of Alchemy. Stacy uses non copyrighted material from movies and clipart. I tried to do it with the pods but it didn't work. The end result was nice to look at but I was not able to create the illusion of the pod opening. I plan to do this process again and spend more time finding good source material. Ideally this could be used in Metanoia. Here is the finished sequence.
