Big Basin

Today I drove up to Big Basin to take some film photos with the Canon and shoot some 16mm film with the Kodak movie camera. I am almost done with both rolls. It was great to see how the forest is recovering from the fire. So much life! Here are some pictures I took with the digital camera to help me frame the film shots. I brought along some body part sculptures made from bark, hand dyed paper and plaster. Tomorrow I plan to continue shooting these pieces in nature, maybe at the beach. It is suppose to to super hot tomorrow.
