Egg

Today I tried to draw an egg shape using a pentagon.  I want to start incorporating the egg into my geometric drawings so I am figuring out the best way to do it and have it land on the paper in the right place.  The photo above is my second attempt.  It turned out the best. I had to stop after trying four more times. For some reason I could not draw the pentagon correctly.  I do not know what measurement is off.  Too frustrating!    I worked on painting little characters too.  My plan is to do a geometric drawing that includes an egg and several characters.  I prepared some newl surfaces today as well.
