Workshop

Last weekend I attended a workshop where we explored the past, present and future of our lives. Most of the imagry I worked with came from the past, however I did receive alot of insight about my core values in life, the central theme, my" heart of the matter", if you will. It has been an extremely long time since looking at my childhood with the aid of the art process, maybe thirty years or so.
