More Color

Wooof today!!!!!! The film project got me by the short hairs. The Green Light meeting happened and the teacher was happy with our progress so we are good to go.

Tonight I am trying to stay clear and not let negativity spread onto these pages. The vortex I have been caught in all day wants me to scoop you kind readers into its bleak darkness. No!

We can do something different together. Talk about art!

I am glad I worked a bit more on this painting. I like where it is going. I added more color and gave it a good rotation to the right. When in doubt...rotate. Again it feels calming to work with the planchet in a more autonomic way. I think I will stick with the process for a bit. Its not so much that I like the painting. I like how I feel when I am doing it. I am using mineral paper which is super smooth and somewhat water resistant. If you ever have worked on clay boards, it like that.

I want to make some popcorn. Its late and I should probably skip it and go to bed. Wonder what I will do?
