Psycho-Physical Fluidity

I have been thinking a lot about fluidity and connection. In this painting I tried to express what it feels like right now in my body as I try to allow energy to flow unobstructed. It was a cruncy process. I connected with ease and then confusion. I am glad to have paused today to give this some time. More exploration on this is needed for sure.
