Camera Support

This photo is from todays drawing of the trees, next to the river, in the canyon. By tilting the camera up slightly the I-phone made it posible to get a good close up perspective. The image is much better than the actual drawing in terms of conveying depth. I would like to learn how to do someting like this intentionality, the way it gets blurry as it moves back in space. I suppose I could try to draw this photo of my drawing. Life is weird.

The image below is what I did with the drawing after taking the photo. Flat, but I like the textures.
