Birthday Plans

possible wig for the client

In prepartion for my birthday I am planning the day as a templet for my decad. The things I do with the day will be seeds for the future. I asked my family to make a movie with me. The seed planted is one of creativity, moviemaking with family. I would like to continue with this into the next decade. Everyone agreed and Isabelle has started on a fun script idea. Here are the notes.

Narrator,  A family run hair salon, three generations, one roof

Client  (Gabe in wig) 30 something full head of hair wanting sides short, top short and back long with layers

The matriarch, nearly blind deaf  stylist who does the cuts (Judy)

The daughter of the matriarch, is trying to keep the large rat (or cockroach) at bay- spray can, bat, poison (shannon)

Granddaughter is surly receptionist (Isabelle)  feeding the  the rat

Rat. (Chucho, Isabelle's dog in costume)

Most of the film is Judy doing cameo  confessionals  answering questions  about herself,  the salon, the work,  over time she starts to think her daughter is trying to kill her when she finds rat poison

Nick is the exterminator or narrator

Of course Judy cuts off the clients back layers by accident and creates sort of a reverse mullet.
