Beautiful Hike

I went on a five mile hike in the Sunol Wilderness today. (ankles feel good) The colors were so intense! It felt like we were in the hills of Scotland. I went with my friend Bill and filled him in on all that happend this quarter. You may recall Bill is the person I wrote the first screenpaly with, Tender Foot. He was going to be the actor. It was fun sharing all that unfolded and then show him the movie. We are still thinking about making our story into a movie.

Now is a great time to film the lush green with all the water flowing. We can contrast it with the same area in the summer. I think next week I am going to have a few filming days to experiment with the Bolex. This will be a test roll.

After the hike I was so wiped out and really felt the effect of all the lost sleep I have had these past weeks. Again, I crashed on the couch. Nick came home at 6:30 and found me asleep. I plan to go to bed early tonight. Fingers crossed I dont catch a second wave and stay up super late again.
