Dump

Nick helped me in the garage today.  We emptied out the rafters and did a dump run.  More paintings were unearthed as well as lots of boxes of Nick's mementos, going all they way back to high school.  I really enjoyed going through the boxes and relearning about this amazing person.  While I have been collecting up discarded parts of myself through this process I feel today I connected with aspects of Nick I had forgotten and in some way never knew.

The image above is some footage from todays trip to the dump.  I was so happy to get some shots of red bags flying through the air as the bulldozer moved in the background. I think I can defiantly use the footage when I rework  Ka-ching!.

The image below is a very large painting of Nick holding baby Gabriel.  It is super intense and has that early parenting anxiety.
